Request a Vehicle Near You

If you’d like to have a car or van parked in a fixed location closer to you, please let us know by completing this form.

Fuel Card Pin

You’ll easily find the unique 4-digit PIN number in in the 'Important Information' section of the Enterprise Car Club mobile app. This information will be updated with the vehicle's fuel card PIN once your reservation has begun. For optimised security, these codes will regularly change so please refer to the mobile app with each new booking. 

Damage Enquiries

If you have noticed damages on the car, please email us and someone will get back to you.

Billing enquiry

If you have queries in relation to your payments, billing or vehicle hire charges, please complete this form and someone will get back to you.

Reduce your excess

If you're aged 22+, you can choose to reduce your excess to £250 per incident by paying £15.00 per month or £150 upfront for the year. To add this to your account, simply submit your member ID on this form.
