Enterprise Car Club Opt-in Driving Credit Terms and Conditions
1. This offer entitles you to receive £10 driving credit, if you opt-in to receive marketing communications when joining Enterprise Car Club as a personal/retail Enterprise Car Club member.
2. Driving credit is applied within 10 working days of membership approval, and is to be used within 30 days of receiving the credit.
3. Driving credit can be spent on rental costs (Hourly Charge) only, and does not apply to any additional charges including optional excess waiver, mileage charges or damage excess.
4. A member shall be entitled, at any time, to withdraw their consent by emailing Marketing@enterprisecarclub.co.uk or updating their preferences on their account.
5. This offer and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.
6. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or its subject matter or formation. . If you are resident in the European Union, you may bring legal proceedings in respect of these terms and conditions in either the English courts or the courts of the European Union member state in which you are resident.
7. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including the paragraph above, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
