What you need to consider

  • For each reservation you’ll be charged rental (based on a per hour or per day calculation) and mileage (based on how far you drove). An estimate for your rental will be displayed before you confirm your reservation. See more info on pricing.
  • If you are aged 22 or over, you can reduce your excess damage waiver to £100 for £15/month or £150 per year - find out more about reducing your excess here
  • You are liable for any parking, tolls and fines from any parking tickets or traffic offences. These also may attract an administration fee
  • Pay a maximum of £30 if you cancel your reservation within 5 hours of your reservation
  • Members are restricted to a 7 day maximum rental or £250 spend limit (excl mileage) whichever is lesser
  • Time (duration) of rental - calculated in 15 minute increments from the start to end of your reservation
  • We ask all our members to adhere to our Car Club Code

  • When you turn 22 years old you will automatically be transferred to the Standard Plan for your area

Damage Waiver and Liability: Members are covered to drive our vehicles with a damage waiver excess of £1,000 for cars and £1,250 for vans, per incident. All the statutory requirements are included along with our Damage Waiver. Hopefully you will never have a bump but if you do, you will only be asked to pay the excess (if the incident is caused by another driver, we may be able to refund your excess after the claim has been settled).

Reducing Your Excess: We give our members the option to reduce their excess for extra peace of mind. If you are 22 or over, you may be able to reduce your excess to £100 per incident (before 11th December 2024) and £250 per incident (from 11th December 2024) for just £150/year or £15/month*, meaning you’ll never pay more than £100 for a claim for any particular incident, we call this ‘Excess Protection’. Simply enter your member ID on this form or call the Clubhouse on 0345 266 9290.  Alternatively, you can reduce your excess for a particular reservation to £100 per incident (before 11th December 2024) and £250 per incident (from 11th December 2024) by paying an hourly fee of £2.00/hr (up to £16.00/day)*. You can select this option at time of making your reservation. If you are a member of a corporate account, please check with your employer or Enterprise Car Club account manager for details about your damage protection.
