This competition is to follow us on Facebook and comment on the video social post with their guess of what time the car booking starts in the video. A participant will be selected at random and will win £50 Amazon voucher.
This draw is open to members of Enterprise Car Club only and followers of Enterprise Car Club on Facebook who are also residents of the United Kingdom (UK) aged 19 and over. The competition is not open to employees of the Promotor or its group of companies, their family members, agencies represented in the competition or anyone professionally associated or connected to the competition, organised groups, entries automatically generated by computer or corrupt entries.
By submitting your entry you confirm that you are eligible to do so and you consent to the use and publication and sharing of your entry by the Promotor and any of its group of companies and your entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with; Facebook or Amazon, and Facebook have no liability for any element of this competition. All entries will be subject to Facebook’s terms of use which can be found on their respective websites.
There is no fee to enter the competition.
You may enter the competition only once during the duration of the competition (as defined below).
The competition will be open between midnight on 29 April 2018 and 11.59 on 8 May 2018. Entries received outside of these times will not be considered.
The Promotor will not accept entries that are lost, delayed, submitted late, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt or entry to the competition.
An independent judge from the Promotor will appoint one winner on 9 May 2018. The contributions will be assessed based on the participant following Enterprise Car Club on Facebook and the participant’s guess of what pin is on the pinpad in the video. Decisions will be taken by the independent judge will be final and not subject to appeal.
A maximum of 1 prize will be awarded in this competition.
The prize will be a £50 Amazon voucher (subject to Amazon's term and conditions which can be found on their website). The prize won will be determined by the Promotor.
The winner may be required to pay taxes in relation to the prize.
The winners name will be announced on the Promotor’s Facebook group by 15.00 on 9 May 2018. The winner will also be notified by way of Facebook via private message. The winner will then have to claim their prize within 48 hours. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours of notification they will be treated as having forfeited the prize and the Promotor reserves the right to select a substitute winner.
The prize vouchers will be sent via post.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes (apart from what is stated in the allocation of the prize).
The Promotor reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promotor’s control.
The Promotor does not take any responsibility with regards to personal damage, loss of property, injury or disappointment or other unforeseen events in association with the competition. This also includes any personal complication in relation to the prize.
The Promotor will not be liable if the vouchers to which the prize relates are not honoured by the company they refer to and any issues regarding the redemption of vouchers should be taken up directly with that company. The Promotor will not be liable if the company, to which the vouchers relate, are declared insolvent or cease to exist for any reason. .
The Promotor reserves the right to disqualify participants and cancel prizes if it is unveiled that any rules or regulations regarding the competition have been infringed.
All competition entries and any accompanying materials submitted to the Promotor will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to assign to the Promotor all of your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee and waive all moral rights.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotor will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of this competition and not for future marketing purposes, unless we have your consent.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
