1. These four prize draws awards FOUR randomly selected winners with a pair of UEFA Europa League tickets each. One winner will receive a pair of tickets to see Rangers vs Braga at Ibrox Stadium, Glasgow on Thursday 20 February 2020 (the “20th February Match”). Three other winners will receive a pair of tickets each to see: (i) Manchester United vs Club Brugge at Old Trafford, Manchester; (ii) Arsenal vs Olympiacos at Arsenal Stadium, London; or (iii) Celtic vs Copenhagen at Celtic Park, Glasgow, all on Thursday, 27 February 2020 (the “27th February Matches”). All four winners will also receive £50 free driving credit.
2. Five runners up will also be selected at random from all entries for all four prize draws, regardless of the tick boxes selected in the data capture form, excluding winners of tickets. to receive £10 free driving credit.
3. Winners of one pair of tickets will not be entered into draws for other pairs of tickets or driving credit.
4. This draw is open to members of Enterprise Car Club who are also UK residents – membership must be held at the time the draw closes. The prize draw is not open to employees of the Promotor or its group of companies, their family members, agencies represented in the prize draw or anyone professionally associated or connected to the prize draw, organised groups, entries automatically generated by computer or corrupt entries.
5. By submitting your entry, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and you consent to the use and publication and sharing of your entry by the Promotor and any of its group of companies and your entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. You will only be entered into the draws that you select on the data capture form.
6. To enter a prize draw you must:
i. Select the draw which you wish to be entered into on the data capture form;
ii. have made at least one Enterprise Car Club vehicle reservation and completed the journey:
a. between 00:01h on the 1st January 2020 and 23.59h Wednesday, 12th February 2020 for entry into the draws for the 20th February Match and 27th February Matches; or
b. between 00:01h on the 13th February 2020 and 23.59h Wednesday, 19th February 2020 for entry into 27th February Matches draws only.
iii. have completed and submitted the online form, or have emailed your name and membership number to marketing@enterprisecarclub.co.uk by the times specified in (a) and (b) above.
7. Entries received outside the times specified in section 5 will not be considered. The Promotor will not accept entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt or entry to the prize draw.
8. Reservations subsequently cancelled for any reason what so ever shall not be counted as entries into the prize draw.
9. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with; Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and that Facebook, Twitter and Instagram have no liability for any element of this prize draw. All entries will be subject to Facebook’s, Twitter’s and Instagram’s terms of use which can be found on their respective websites.
10. There is no fee to enter the prize draw.
11. An independent judge from the Promotor will select the winner of the 20th February Match at random on Thursday, the 13th February 2020. An independent judge from the Promotor will select the winners of the 27th February Matches randomly allocating a pair of tickets respectively to each one of them and the five runners up at random on Thursday, the 20th February 2020. Winners selected by the independent judge shall be final and not subject to appeal. For the avoidance of doubt the winner of the 20th February Match will not be entered into the draw for the 27th February Matches.
12. The tickets are all Category 1 tickets, exact seats TBC. The Rangers vs Braga are valued at £43 each. The Manchester United vs Club Brugge are valued at £46 each. The Arsenal vs Olympiacos are valued at £37.50 each. The Celtic vs Copenhagen are valued at £47.00 each. The prize each winner wins will be determined by the Promotor.
13. The £50 driving credit awarded to the winner of the 20th February Match tickets shall be added to their Enterprise Car Club account on/before Monday 17th February 2020. The £50 driving credit awarded to the winners of the 27th February Match tickets, and the £10 driving credit awarded to the five runners up respectively shall be added to their Enterprise Car Club accounts on/before Monday 24th February 2020. All driving credit applies to time and mileage only and needs to be used within 30 days.
14. The winner may be required to pay taxes in relation to the prize.
15. The ticket prizes include the specified match tickets only and do not include hospitality, travel and/or accommodation; any and all costs incurred by the winner and their guest in excess of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
16. The winners of the 20th February Match tickets will be notified by the email on Thursday, 13th February – using the email address provided at the point of entry. The winners of the 27th February Match tickets will be notified by the email on Thursday, 20th February – using the email address provided at the point of entry.
17. The prize tickets will be posted to the members billing address associated with their Enterprise Car Club membership on/before Friday the 14th Feb for the 20th February Match and Friday 21st February for 27th February Match, via next-day signed-for delivery.
18. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and their guest have all necessary travel documentation (valid passport/visa etc.) required to travel to and enter the country in which the match is played.
19. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes (apart from what is stated in the allocation of the prize).
20. The Promotor reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promotor’s control.
21. The Promotor does not take any responsibility with regards to personal damage, loss of property, injury or disappointment or other unforeseen events in association with the prize draw. This also includes any personal complication in relation to the prize.
22. The Promotor will not be liable if the match to which the prize relates is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled for any reason.
23. The Promotor reserves the right to disqualify participants and cancel prizes if it is unveiled that any rules or regulations regarding the prize draw have been infringed.
24. All prize draw entries and any accompanying materials submitted to the Promotor will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting your prize draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to assign to the Promotor all of your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee and waive all moral rights.
25. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotor will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of this prize draw and not for future marketing purposes, unless we have your consent.
26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
27. This prize draw is arranged by Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited trading as Enterprise Car Club of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham, TW20 9FB (“Promotor”).
